Registrar’s Office

The Registrar's Office (Office of Records and Registration) at the University of Connecticut Health Center is responsible for overseeing the academic careers of active students in the School of Medicine and School of Dental Medicine, as well as the careers of those who have graduated. Students may request official transcripts, forward letters of verification, obtain voter registration information, and apply for changes in state residency through this office.
