Grievance Procedures

Merit and Compensation Appeals

1. Statement of Purpose: Appeals regarding the substance of a merit evaluation, perceived bias, or other non-procedural issues related to the application of the School of Medicine’s compensation plans are reviewed by the School of Medicine Merit and Compensation Appeals Committee. The Merit and Compensation Appeals Committee is advisory to the Dean.

2. Membership, Merit and Compensation Appeals Committee, 2008-2009. All terms are three years unless elected to fill a vacated seat.
