Promotion and Tenure
And Appointments at Senior Rank
Nominations for appointments at senior rank,
promotion, and tenure are reviewed by the Senior Appointments
and Promotions Committee (SAPC) and approved by the Dean, the
Provost, and the University of Connecticut Health Center Board
of Directors. The Office of Faculty Affairs manages the flow of
nominations from the SAPC to the Dean and to the Provost’s
office.
